During a duet session, your instructor can:
-
Tailor exercises to each person’s goals and abilities
-
Support proper form, alignment, and safety
-
Create a motivating, shared training environment
Duets are an excellent option for clients with similar fitness levels who want a more budget-friendly alternative to private sessions.
Single Session: $50/person
Tower Classes
Tower classes use the Pilates Tower apparatus to build strength, stability, and precision. With only 3–4 participants per class, instructors can closely monitor form, adjust springs and settings, and maintain a safe, highly personalized experience.

Tower classes are ideal for clients who:
-
Have completed private sessions and are ready for more challenge
-
Share a similar fitness or activity level
-
Enjoy small-group energy while still receiving hands-on guidance

This format offers a higher level of difficulty than beginner group work, making it a strong next step in your Pilates progression.
Simple Session: $35/ea
Expert Session: $40/ea

Mat Classes
Mat classes teach the core principles of classical Pilates using your own body weight for resistance. With only 3–4 participants per class, instructors can provide hands-on corrections, individualized cues, and a safe environment for progression.

Mat classes are ideal for clients who:
-
Want to build a strong Pilates foundation
-
Prefer low-impact, technique-focused training
-
Enjoy small groups with personalized attention

Mat work is deceptively challenging and deeply effective — it builds the foundation needed to progress into Tower or Reformer-based training.
